CSD-196 Time Synchronization Device is a timing reference signal output device which is developed and produced by SIFANG according to specifications of time synchronization system for power system to provide accurate time synchronous signals to equipment of substations and dispatching ends such as the PMU, protection, control, monitor, fault record devices and so on.
①Treatment of leap second identification complies with specifications of time synchronization system for power system and IEEE C37.118-2005.
②Multiple time synchronization signals such as the time synchronization pulse, IRIG-B code, serial port time message and network time message (SNTP) can be able to export.
③Multiple time synchronization signal interfaces such as optical fiber, idle contact, TTL, RS-422/485, RS-232 and Ethernet port are available
④Both master clock and slave clock have built-in high accurate crystal oscillators, which may maintain time synchronization signal exporting automatically when external time reference signal in abnormal. Time accuracy under self time keeping state is better than 0.92us/min (55us/h).
⑤It supports time compensation function, and can set compensating parameters of all input and output signals freely to compensate errors caused by long distance signal transmission, thereby guaranteeing output signal accuracy of each master clock or slave clock to reach ±1us.
⑥It supports double power hot standby, all output interfaces are isolated outputs.
